Aaron Moore made his Betfred Super League refereeing debut in 2021 as Leeds Rhinos faced Leigh Leopards. Aaron would go on to be named as Reserve referee for the 2021 AB Sundecks 1895 Cup Final at Wembley Stadium before taking charge of that year's Betfred Women's Super League Grand Final between St Helens and Leeds Rhinos.
In 2022, Aaron was named as part of the 2021 Rugby League World Cup Match Officials squad including touch judging in the Group Stage game between Tonga and the Cook Islands. Moore continued on the international stage post-tournament as he officiated two African 2025 Rugby League World Cup qualifiers - Ghana v Nigeria & Kenya v Cameroon.
