Club Fees
Club online payments is optional and available for any club who wishes to use it. Please note that Game Day charge 3.55% (plus VAT) on every payment for using this service.
Step 1
Log into your passport account
Step 2
Click on 'Membership & Competition Management'.
Step 3
Click on your clubs logo.
Step 4
Click on Registrations then Payment Configuration.
Step 5
Click on Add Bank Account Details
Step 6
Submit your Club’s bank details and upload a copy of your latest bank statement. You must also specify your Club’s card descriptor.
Click the Update button.
Step 7
Your bank account details will now be sent for verification.
Allow 3 to 5 business days for this to occur.
If there are any issues with the details you have provided Game Day will contact you.
Step 8
You will now need to create a Product(s) in order to add these to your registration form.
Products may be membership, merchandise or other fees that you may wish to collect as part of the registration process.

Step 9
The player will now be able to pay online at the point of registration.
Once players have successfully completed their online registration payment, the club will receive a weekly settlement to its bank account.
The following support article will provide you with steps to run a "funds received" report to reconcile your weekly settlements.
